From Exterior - Historical Images

  • Southern Pacific Daylight locomotive No. 4449 passes a closed Goleta Depot on May 13, 1981. This train was returning from the City of Los Angeles Bicentennial celebration, after attending the 1981 Sacramento Railfair. The consist included No. 4449, SP 7364, a baggage car, a crew car, a bay window caboose and a business car. Museum Acc. No. 2006.01.01.
